S'mores Pie

Crust:

1 Ready-made Graham Cracker pie crust

Chocolate Marshmallow Filling:

½ cup butter or margarine

1 package large marshmallows

1 package chocolate chips

 

Garnish:

Heat oven to 350.  Bake Graham Cracker Piecrust until lightly brown.  Remove from oven and let cool.

In a large pot melt butter or margarine.  Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.  Fold in marshmallows; if desired, try not to melt the marshmallows all the way, leave some partially whole.  Pour chocolate and marshmallow mixture into piecrust.  Garnish by cutting graham crackers into triangle shapes and inserting them point upward in to filling.  Cover and chill until firm.  Will cut easily.

Serves 6-8
