Angeled Eggs

6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled and peeled
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Green onions, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste  
Paprika  
Parsley Sprig  
   

Cut eggs in half. Scoop out egg yolk and place in bowl. Use fork to work in mayonnaise, mustard, white wine vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper. Place mixture in pastry bag with star tip. Fill hollow egg with mixture, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
