collard greens, washed and chopped

cup julienne sun
dried tomatoes

cups water
In
large skillet, sauté onions and garlic until onions are caramel colored. Add sausage; cook until heated. Add next 5 ingredients. Stir. Add greens and stir with wooden spoon until
wilted. Add sun-dried tomatoes and
continue to stir. Add water and simmer
until greens are tender.
