Rémoulade Sauce

(For Crab Cakes, Catfish Pieces, Oyster Po'boys)

 

1 cup                          mayonnaise

3                                green onions, sliced

2 Tbsp.                       Creole mustard

1 Tbsp.                       chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon                  minced garlic

1 teaspoon                  horseradish

 

Mix together all ingredients cover and chill
