INGREDIENTS
3 ¼ tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 ¼ teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
PREPARATION
Measure the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Store in an airtight container.
